How to get Fortnite stats?

Hello everyone, is there any api which I can use to get the fortnite stats like ranked, lifetime, season, platform wise etc?
Not sure official epic one is easy to use or have such API’s available. I’m having hard time to get API’s authenticated/get permissions for the epic API’s.

So the official EPIC API can’t be used to solve the problem that I have?
BTW, how site like Tracker.gg gets all information? Just curious. I was trying to use their API, but it always gives me back 403
