How to get destructible mesh chunks to damage other destructible meshes in scene

I have an .apb I imported to UE4 from PhysXLab, and can apply radius damage to the mesh in the blueprint. How can I get the chunks from one DM to cast damage to the second DM in the scene?

Right now, chunks are coming apart from DM1, and they collide with DM2, but they don’t damage it.

Make sure both Destructible Meshes have Impact Damage turned on.
