How to get data from custom windows plugin? Please help

Hello, i’m sorry if the question is stupid but i really need to get an answer.

I’m making a game (actually it’s an interactive installation) that is going to interact with people via custom lidar setup. While developing i interacted with my game via mouse, because i needed just click, but now i need to change it to lidar data. I have this data coming to custom made windows plugin, that is the separate app, but i have no idea how to transfer them into Unreal. How can i do this?
