Did it come with .pak files? You can unpack those with the UNREALPAK.exe that comes with the engine! Anything that you are not allowed to unpack SHOULD be encrypted, but keep in mind copyright laws and make sure anything you redistribute is lawful.

How to unpack a .pak file?

You can unpack PAK files using UNREALPAK.EXE which comes with the engine. You may or may not be able to do that, because often, vendors encrypt the PAK file, although it doesn’t sound like it here.
