How to fix Unhandled Exception: Exception_Access_Violation reading address 0x0000000000000000

I was trying to launch my twinmotion edu 2021.1.2 and this happened, how to solve this?

Access violiation means either call on null or invalid pointer, since it said 0x0000000000000000 it a null pointer in this case. Then you got stack and it seams crash happens on communication with a cloud. I don’t see your fault in it and even if it was unhandled exceptions are considered bug and this should not ended with crash. So report a bug with mode details:
