The best way to approach this is to fix the errors one at a time. I suggest starting with this one:

 UATHelper: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)):   LogWindows: Error: Could not write to E:/project test 1/Saved/Cooked/WindowsNoEditor/Engine/Content/EditorMeshes/Camera/SM_RailRig_Mount.e!

Make sure that this file can be overwritten (Ie. Not set as read only, not currently opened by another program, etc).

Once you fix that, rerun the packaging process and answer back with any remaining errors.
