How to fix this random black spots on meshes and landscape?

So I have a level in UE 5.1.1, and sometimes when I move/delete/add an object to my world I have some random bugs that only an engine restart or even computer restart can fix…

All of my meshes are or native Nanite (from Quixel or Marketplace) or converted to Nanite from Marketplace…

This random black texture bug also happens to my landscape usually when I delete an object, my landscape uses RVT…

Hopefully this can be fixed…
