How to fix the CitySampleCrowd cloth tie displacement issue?

Hi,

I am trying to add the CitySampleCrowd cloth skeletal mesh to my metahuman Torso mesh. But the tie moved away somehow. Why did this happen? How can I fix this?

Here is what it looks like in the skeletal mesh window:

Here is what happened after I added to the metahuman Torso, you can see the tie move up to the neck:

I copied everything from the Metahuman blueprint to my own created blueprint, and this happened even if I do the same to the Metahuman Myles blueprint.

you’d have to check the bones, sometimes it’s easier to see these offsets in a DCC

got to investigate where the leaderpose/copypose is taking the skm

the child skm will have it’s bones pulled to where the parent’s bone is, then you’d have to look at the post process abp on the shirt skm to see if it’s not additionally offsetting the bones to a weird spot
