How to Fix Foot Height in GAS with IK?

I’m trying everything to lift these feet, but nothing seems to work. The retargeting is correct—I’ve redone it multiple times. I was able to “fix” the issue by adjusting the animation in the Sequencer, but that’s not a viable solution since I would have to do it for almost every animation in GAS.

Does anyone know a proper way to fix this?

Sorry for the delay, I found out that the problem is still related to the foot ik. When the foot ik is still on, the mesh does not move, the foot ik locks the character’s vertical position and I cannot change the position, foot penetration into the ground.
