how to fix crash report when first installing ue 5.3

hey everyone I’m new to game dev and I’m really excited to join the community. i was going to use unity but with what’s happening and i figured ill try this engine instead. every time i install Unreal engine, i keep receiving a crash notification. i tried everything. i just want to learn how to make games and get into the industry but I’m having so much trouble getting started. would it be because of my laptop ? I’ve seen some youtube tutorials but majority seems related to a fortnight issue. I’m not planning on playing the game. is there anything i can do ? I’ve tried installing other version of UE and deleting/ installing it again.

You really need a PC with a dedicated GPU or at least one with DX11/12 support: Hardware and Software Specifications for Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine 5.3 Documentation. The HP envy x360 has integrated an Intel Xe GPU with minimal RAM, so you’re likely hitting a hardware limitation.

Post the crash and logs here if you want further help, otherwise you’ll likely need a better PC.
