How to fix collisions that use 2 sided materials? The player always gets stuck there. (Without changing the complex collision out)

Use box colliders in place of the generated ones or make a proxy collision via a 3d program

Look at the collision section

UCP_[RenderMeshName]_##
USP_[RenderMeshName]_##
UCX_[RenderMeshName]_##

Or auto-generate the collision from within unreal
