Ah thanks all! I just found a quick way to fix this. My fault!! I was looking at instructions for UE 5.0 and there is a new page with instructions for UE 5.4 which I missed, So I had to install Android Studio Flamingo | 2022.2.1 Patch 2 May 24, 2023 and follow the rest of the instructions. here …
