How to fix Aim offset Breaking my characters neck?

So my example is in the video below. The first clip is of DBD and what I am trying to replicate. And obviously the second clip is my problem. How do I go about copying what DBD did with how the character switches from looking all the way left and all the way right?

Also bonus question that doesn’t need to be answered now. But how do I replicate the Yaw offset in multiplayer? The Pitch is replicated automatically I guess but looking left and right is not replicated on the clients screen
