How to fix a unreal engine 4 crash?

Hi,

I’m trying to help my son out who has problems when he is tryng to launch Fortnite. We have tried to reinstall epic games without success.

Everytime he tries to launch he get an unreal engine Crash reporter telling him “An unknown process has crashed”.

We need some help please!
