How to find references to UI from python

Hi, for example I know that to refer to Main menu I have to use this:
menus = unreal.ToolMenus.get()
main_menu = menus.find_menu(“LevelEditor.MainMenu”)

But how should I have discovered to use “LevelEditor.MainMenu”?
What code do I have to see at?
