How To Fill Royalty Form Correctly?

Hello,

I released a mobile game on Google Play in August. The game is free to play. I just use AdMob to make revenue.
My total revenue is $0.59 on August and September. When I try to send Royalty Form, I get a error “Please ensure all values are in a proper format. Fields: Other Gross Revenue: Life to Date”. I think Royalty Form not accept less than $1

So how to I fill royalty form correctly?

I think Royalty Form not accept less
than $1

You are required to report revenues on
a quarterly basis after your product
generates more than $1,000,000 USD. In
any quarter in which your product
generates less than $10,000 USD, you
do not need to report revenues. If
your game or other interactive
off-the-shelf product is no longer
being sold, no revenue reports are
due.
