How to extract encryption ".pak" with UnrealPak

Need help for full CMD Command, to extract encryption .pak
i know how to extract normal .pak without encryption

UnrealPak -Extract

but how to extract “encryption .pak ?”
in this case i already have “encryption key for this .pak” inside .txt file

can someone help?

If you use the unrealpak command without params, it tells you how to use it.
