How to export video in 360 3D? I tried it, but it does'nt work...

I hope you understand even though my English is not good.

I am currently in the process of exporting a video made with Twinmotion to a 360 3D video to check it on a VR device.

However, I don’t know if I set it up wrong or if there is another error, but the export doesn’t work.

The export screen turns off before showing “estimated time left…”, and when I turn on the exported video, I see a message like the attached image.

The message means the following: “1bay-1” file cannot be played. The file format may not be supported, the file extension may not be correct, or the file may be corrupted.

Please help.

I would vote on this. They said they are aware and sent me to the below link. For me it works for 4K & 360 but nothing above that in terms of complexity.
