How to export SK_Mannequin with control rig for blender?

I am trying to learn to create my own animations in blender for UE5, however when I export the mannequin for animation it has a very complicated bone setup with no control rig. What approach do I take? Would making my own rig off of the UE5 bones mess up the import to SK_Mannequin back to unreal? This is all new to me.

I don’t support Ue5 trash, but you can probably export the previous manniquin and play around with that to understand how it is supposed to work.

For UE5 it may even work. I just never tried, nor do I care to.
