In blender the position of the pivot point is correct. But it moves to another direction after importing to Unreal.

Unreal engine 4 uses the world center for the Pivot point. Center of blender scene is the model’s pivot. So if you move your Cupboard(I assume it’s a cupboard) door in blender to the center of the world then your pivot should be correct.
