Sorry, I’m a bit new to this and have only taken 2 courses online in virtual production in UE before I made the investment into the mars system so I might not be explaining properly. What I am looking to do is render out a back plate of the camera moves in the virtual environment from UE5 then bring that into AE to do the final composite of that footage and the green screen footage. How do I bring in the tracking data from Mars into AE so I can link up and composite the green screen footage and the UE5 plate?
I also have a secondary issue that I can not seem to find a solution for outside of moving my entire environment around in UE. When I add a cine camera actor and place it roughly where I want it in the scene and get the camera actor linked up to a live link controller my camera is either on the floor or somewhere totally off from my desired position. My camera is on a tripod with the rover and tracker mounted on top. My base stations are set up correctly and the other rover and tracker are placed in the middle of my shooting area facing the camera. Is there a step I am missing so as to have the virtual camera start at the position I place it before I connect it to live link?
