How to enable root motion on a Blender wheel barrow?

  1. I have animated a wheel barrow in Blender with 3 bones - the third bone

rotates the wheel.The animation is exported as .fbx.
2. And imported in UE4. The wheel is rotating fine - but I cannot Enable Root Motion. How to do it?
3. So in the sequencer the wheel barrow don´t behave so well.

Someone knows how to make a Blender animations to import in UE4 with Enabled Root Motion?
What have I done wrong?
