How to Edit Lyra Animations? Keep Getting Warning for Root Motion Delta

Hi all,

I did a simple modification to one of the Lyra animations, e.g. MM_Pistol_Jog_Bwd, using the sequencer and control rig. Baked it to animation. But then when I slot it in to replace the original, it doesn’t work. The character begins floating, the gun in the hand flips and points backwards and I get the console log error:

Warning: Unable to adjust playrate for animation with no root motion delta

I don’t really understand what the problem is nor how to solve it. I thought if I edited or duplicated the original and edited that (tried both), then all the root motion info would remain. I’m not even touching the lower body or any of the bones other than moving the arms into new positions. Just a tiny modification. And I’ve tried checking/unchecking all the different root motion options in the panel once you open the animation up (btw, in this view, the animation works perfectly fine and so does the animation in the level view). But nothing makes a difference when actually playing the game.
