How to edit a specific MetaHuman LOD in Skeletal Mesh Editing Tools?

Hello. I want to reduce a MetaHuman to just being its head, but there’s lots of weird problems with this. I can remove or turn off the visibility of all the non-head parts, but the head skeletal mesh includes some neck and upper-body. So, using the Skeletal Mesh Editing Tools plugin, I can use the PolyCut tool to cut the bottom part off. This works well enough, but for whatever reason it only overwrites LOD1, and I can’t seem to select which LOD I want to affect. How can I modify all the LODs at once, and/or simply choose a different LOD so I can do them all manually?
