How to edit a Linked Animation Sequence once it's been closed out of the sequencer?

Hi,

I’m looking to directly edit the keys of the Linked Animation Sequences that I’ve made previously within UE5.4.4 after I have already closed them out from the sequencer. I figured it would be possible to pick up where I left off or to make adjustments but, after looking around and fiddling with it, that doesn’t seem possible. It seems like I misunderstood the purpose of using a linked animation sequence versus just baking the animation sequence. Let me know if it’s possible.

Can you save the initial key frame design to some file/asset in unreal?

What are the methods to updating animation sources?
