How to dynamicall add between points to a spline cir

I suggest making a new actor with a Spline Component to do any work you want with the spline.

From the Spline Component you can

  • Get Number Of Spline Points
  • Get Location and Tangent at Spline Point
  • Add Spline Point at Index
