How to download unreal 4.14?

I have unreal 4.10.4. In the epic games launcher, I can’t see any ‘update unreal’ button. How do I get the latest version of unreal?

If anyone else has this brainfart: You go to library>add versions.

I just got a new pc runing windows 10 and UE4 dose not support for no reason and I will not downgrade to windows 8/8.1 for a game software please make a version for windows 10 plz epicgames.
