How to disable the Titanosaur spawn and taming limitations?

Finished a mod that let me breed and raise the stats of the Titanosaur but it depends on the GameUserSettings.ini commands (AllowRaidDinoFeeding=true
RaidDinoCharacterFoodDrainMultiplier=1.000000) to work. And the Titanosaur stops getting experience after a game or server restart, how can I enable the feeding and leveling up without depending on the ini settings?
