How to disable OpenGL ES3.1 and if i turn this option off will google support old devices?

Hello,
Platforms - > Android → Build → Support OpenGL ES3.1
How can I disable it? It’s always true, I can’t tick it to false.
I examined the config.ini’s but there is no chance.

Actually, in my case at least, I can check and uncheck all the others (and do same with Spacebar) but NOT with OpenGL ES3.1 (btw You underlined Vulkan, but they asked about OpenGL ES3.1)
The Open GL ‘Check’ will NOT go away… Perhaps the plugin need to be unloaded? or?
