How to disable impulse obtaining for actor

When static mesh hits actor on high speed it’s getting very big impulse. I don’t need it. All presets you can find in TapDown project UE4. Problem in video Ue4 inpulse bug - YouTube

Tick ‘teleport’ bool where you set the rotation.

Ok it will fix problem on rotating, but i have this problem on all momentums. I have function Dash. It makes my max movement speed 2000 and if i will push hero on dash he will fly. I need to disable it for all situations.
