How to disable any device before the game even starts in UEFN?

Is it possible to turn off any device (i want to disable player spawner) before game starts? I need to turn off particular player spawner and then turn it on after the game starts.

Have you tried setting the spawner ‘Enabled During Phase’ setting to ‘Gameplay Only’?
