@FrancoSerrao That is for downloaded content like assets, projects etc., but not for the projects you have created yourself. Even if you download a project from somewhere, but not through the Marketplace, then run it, the Epic Games Launcher will take note of it and add it to your list of projects. And then you have the same problem, you cannot resolve it by clicking Delete Local Content in the drop-down menu, because you don’t have that menu in such cases.
