I am trying to replicate vines being animated along a spline as they grow. Similar to the way they do it in Rayman Legends. I managed to get the vine onto the spline in the construction script…but I’m having trouble understanding how to get it to animate along the spline in the way they do it in Rayman Legends. Anyone got any ideas?
UPDATE: I figured out how to animate the vine on the spline - but the issue is - if there’s collision turned on (which I need for the character to take damage) it ends up dropping like 30-60 frames and my game is running at around 80 right now.
So I ended up just rigging up a vine and just planning my level out and just running the anim montage with triggers
