How to debug a shipped build?

Hey,

I was wondering if someone could give me an insight on how shipped games are debugged? I have enabled debug logs in the package settings, but I can’t seem to find them, nor do I know what to do with them when I find them.

I also have found the CrashReportClient.ini files, but all they say is this

I do understand that I might have to use c++ for this, but I don’t know where to start…
