How to deal with orphaned external actors

Sometimes, when deleting old blueprints, I get this error: “There Are Some Non-Displayable References”.

Looks like it is some leftover from a previous state of my level. I can “force delete” without issues. I also can delete the referenced asset from the filesystem without any obvious errors. I am curios though how many orphaned files in my ExternalActors folder exists and how to get rid of them!?
