How to crop an animation

I created an animation using the record feature, but there are always 30 or so extra frames before the actual animation starts. Can I get rid of that? My game is bad on purpose, but not so bad that the walking doesn’t make sense.

help please

Go to the animation and then on the bottom where the frames are you can click in a certain area then right click and say remove frames number-number.

Thanks sooooooo much. You, sir, just saved a videogame from certain disaster.

You’re Welcome

I did what you told the other guy and increased the rate scale while using ALS (advanced locomotion systems) in order to make a more snappy, and more fluent roll animation, but the animation just pauses where i tried to trim it and stays paused in place as long as the previous duration while testing in in game.
