How to create sidebar like in pubg?

I want to create a sidebar like in pubg mobile where list of friends come. I am new to ue4 and can’t find solution using umg.please help

It would be best to watch the ue4 tutorials and get to know where everything is in ue4,

sorry maybe i cannot fully explain my question, I want sidebar which will contain icons and when i click on those icons it opens up from the side and show the corresponding results.pubg uses thsi kind of sidebar or say icon when clicked shows online friends list.I have already watched those tutorials and know basics of UMG.what i think is it can be achieved through umg animation but i want better way of doing that.
