How to create an "opaque glass "

Hello, i have a question about Materials.

How can I create an opaque glass?
I am trying to create a lampshade for a banker’s lamp, but the shade is made opaque, which means that the inside cannot be seen through. However, if there is light inside, it will let that light through. (Just like a white, opaque light bulb).
If I use a translucent , the inside is completely transparent and I just can’t get a good representation of that lamp.
If anyone knows of a solution, I would be glad to hear from you

tried with masked? and a texture for what is shown and what not?

What you are looking for is Subsurface Scattering.

Thnks for your reply .
Do you mean opacity mask?
I’ve tried “Blendmode:masked”,and added a opacity mask to my mesh, but then it just ended up to become a completely transparent glass.
I’m trying to make a material smth like a frosted glass(with colors on it).

Thnks,substance scattering worked!
I was able to create a material that was quite close to my image
