How to create a main menu with the ability to rotate and zoom in on the camera

Please help
I would like to make for my game in UE (the version is not important) the main menu with a free camera, like in World of Tanks or War Thunder, where in the center of the scene there is a certain object that can be rotated (or rotated around it) using certain keys ( below I have attached a video of how it works in the aforementioned War Thunder )
Tell me how to do it or where to find materials on this topic.

Put an empty actor with a spring arm and a camera in the center of the screen – or make it the actual airplane.
Have your player controller (or that actor, as a Pawn) receive input events.
Update the Rotation (heading) and Spring Arm Length parameters based on the input events.
