How to create a cooldown after clicking a certain button for 5 times.

Hi. I wanted to know how to create a cooldown after clicking a certain button for lets say 5 times. I understand how to create the cooldown timer, but I don’t understand how to create the certain amount of clicks. For example I want to create a shop system and in the shop system is a buy button. If the buy button is clicked 5 times, then a text appears saying “Item is currently out of stock”. I hope I explained well enough:).
