How to convert a level with World Partition to one without it?

I have a project at level 5.4. I’ve made significant progress without realizing that world partitioning was enabled by default, which has restricted my access to features like levels and sublevels in the editor. I’d like to use these tools to organize my levels, but they’re not available due to the world partitioning being enabled.

I am guessing that a new level needs to be created, if so how can I transfer all my stuff properly to the new one?

No idea on your specifics, but generally speaking, start from scratch in a non compromised project or level depending on how bad the issue was.
Then import things back one by one manually from one to the other.

So export the heightmap, import as a new landscape.
Export the paint layer, re-import it after setting up materials etc.

And learn to keep those assets away from the engine as well.
You never know when the Epic Goblins may swollow your project whole - though its generally in relation to them being awoken by a bad patch and you attempting to update engine when you really should not. You never do that…
