How to convert a hip based animation into a root based animation?

I’m creating animations like walk cycles or turn in place anim based on moving and rotating the hip control in blender. The result animation, of course, has a static root bone and the hip bone doing the core motion. What I want to do is to ‘move’ the yaw rotation and XY movement into the root bone while keep the whole animation same, to make them useable root motions in Unreal Engine. Are there any scripts, addons or methods for this specific requirement? Thanks in advance!
