How to configure a skirt for maintaining conic shape during chaos cloth simulation

Hello everybody this is my question: I want to simulate a long skirt while maintaining its conic shape. In real life, it ends up to a plastic tube/hoop which is attached to the fabric and it that way it stays rigid at the end. Imagine an effect like the crinoline. SO, i want to achieve that effect in Unreal Engine. My pipeline is: marvelous, FBX, metatailor, chaos cloth. Unreal Engine 5.5….and i use Rokoko mocap to stream motion data to the metahuman in Real time. What i have done so far is when painting weight maps, i left the vertices at the end of the skirt unpainted. However, the simulation does not look natural, i suspect there should be a better way. Any ideas would be so helpful, thank you in advance.
