Hi , I went into problem when combining two static mesh.
I’ve seen some tutorials about how to do such thing. However, when I select them and right click mouse button, I couldn’t find any ‘Combine meshes’ options . Do I need blueprints? Screenshot shown below.

You can select the Static Meshes and go to Tools Tab on top of the viewport, select “merge actors” and save which will be a merged version of the two in the world and also in asset browser
To add on just a bit more in regards to whether or not you need blueprints, that depends on what you are trying to do with your meshes (can’t see to make heads or tails of it).
If you want to use that mesh combo again, have special instances where they are together, but other times where they are not, or have the ability to adjust them/add effect to them like lights, they I would suggest using creating a blueprint from them.
You would do so by selecting both meshes then going to your toolbar → Convert selection to Blueprint Class:
