Hello ,

If the Twinmotion versions available to you through the Epic Games Launcher do not indicate Trial or EDU in the title, then you have a commercial license, so if the Twinmotion is "Twinmotion 2022.2.3" then that is part of the commercial license.

Twinmotion for Revit is also usable for commercial purposes.
