How to change world height Runtime Virtual Texture internal format?

Is this possible to change internal format for Runtime Virtual Texture with World Height?

GetLayerFormat returns EPixelFormat = 4, what mean PF_G16.
Is this possible to switch it to 32b depth, or to use it with float formats (as well 16 or 32 bit float)?

Is current format set somewhere, or it is dependent on HW capabilities?
