How to change to different materials with Mouse Scroll wheel down and up?

I have a cabinet which changes colors when you press 1,2,3 keys respectively.
Now I would like to map these actions to the mouse scroll up and down.

I have mouse wheel Up and Down as 2 separate action event keys( ChangeColor1 and ChangeColor2) , which I linked to my set material nodes. The problem what I am facing is the materials change when you scroll the mouse wheel down, but won’t change when you scroll Up.
