HOW TO CHANGE THE UFO in the flying example and use a SKELETON MESH

Open the UFO as a Blueprint - go to the top right corner and click on add component type in skeletal mesh - drag the skeletal mesh on the static mesh to parent it

Delete the UFO in the static Mesh tab.

And thats it

BTW dont delete the static mesh tab only the UFO

Hi guys!, I’m trying to figure how to set a skeleton mesh instead of a static mesh… If you could help me that would be great!

The easiest way would be to make the UFO invisible and parent a skeletal mesh onto the the static mesh
