how can I change the scale of those elements such as grass and rocks, cos I find those elements are way bigger than my character which is the normal size~thanx

yes, they are much too big and the only way would be to export each and re-import smaller. thats not really practically and each user would have to do that. so best solution would be to complain to the creator and bring it up in the marketsplace discussion to the pack.
