How to change the direction of rolling sphere

Hello,
i am following a youtube tutorial where there is a rolling ball with a cube attached to it. The rolling ball has physics enabled and the direction should be influenced by the rotation of the cube. I have the physics ball and the cube attached to it (it can move left and right). My problem is that i don’t know how to change the direction of the rolling ball?

Ok i fixed it myself:
i just used a “add force” instead of setting the physics velocity.
